Sesame Cauliflower with Chicken - Pasta with Tomato Sauce - Yogurt

INGREDIENTS

4 servings
Cauliflower 1 small sized
Chicken breast (in small pieces) 350 g
Onion 1 small sized
Garlic 2 cloves
Red Pepper 1 medium sized
Green pepper 1 medium sized
Olive Oil 3 tablespoon
Sesame 1 dessert spoon
Nigella 1 teaspoon

RECIPE

Wash the cauliflower, separate into small florets. Mince the onion and garlic. Wash peppers and chop them into small cubes. Cook onion and garlic in medium heat for 1 min with olive oil. Add chickens and continue cooking. Then add pepper, sesame, nigella, and cauliflowers and mix them for about 5 minutes. Cover the pan and cook until the cauliflowers get softened.
