Cauliflower | 1 small sized |
Chicken breast (in small pieces) | 350 g |

Garlic | 2 cloves |
Red Pepper | 1 medium sized |
Green pepper | 1 medium sized |
Olive Oil | 3 tablespoon |
Sesame | 1 dessert spoon |
Nigella | 1 teaspoon |
Wash the cauliflower, separate into small florets. Mince the onion and garlic. Wash peppers and chop them into small cubes. Cook onion and garlic in medium heat for 1 min with olive oil. Add chickens and continue cooking. Then add pepper, sesame, nigella, and cauliflowers and mix them for about 5 minutes. Cover the pan and cook until the cauliflowers get softened.
