Pea Soup - Grilled Meatballs - Spaghetti Napolitana

INGREDIENTS

4 servings
Peas 1 1/2 cups 200 g)
Potato 1 medium (200 g)
Onion 1 medium (100 g)
Hot water 4 cups (800 ml)
Milk 1/2 cup (100 ml)
Oil 2 tbsp (20 g)
Salt
Black pepper

RECIPE

Wash and peel the onion and the potato. Chop them into cubes and place into a large saucepan. Add the peas and the water and bring to the boil. After the vegetables have been boiled, process the mixture in a blender until the desired consistency. Add milk, salt, and black pepper. Stir, and bring to the boil over medium heat. Simmer over low heat and serve.
