Onion | 1 medium (100 g) |
Breadcrumbs | 2 tbsp (30 g) |
Parsley | 1 handful (6 g) |
Sunflower oil | 6 tbsp (60 g) |

Put the kidney beans in a pot. Add enough water to cover the beans, and boil until soft. When they are cool, puree in a food processor. Chop the onion and the parsley. Mix all ingredients with the kidney beans. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and form into patties. Coat the patties with breadcrumbs and fry in preheated oil.
