Broccoli Soup - Fish Balls with Potatoes - Tahini Helva

INGREDIENTS

4 Servings
Salmon or Haddock Fillet 450 g
Potato 240 g (1 large size)
Bay leaves 2 g (2 leaves)
Milk 100 ml (1/2 cup)
Parsley 3 g (1 Tbsp.)
Stale bread crumbs 20 g (1/2 cup)
Eggs 50 g (1 egg)
Flour 30 g (3-4 Tbsp.)
Coriander 2 g (1 tsp.)
Black pepper
Salt

RECIPE

Peel and chop the potato and boil for 15 minutes. Puree with all the spices and greens. Cook the fish in the milk with the bay leaves for 10 minutes. Add the cooked fish to the potato puree in small pieces. Flour your hands and form balls about the size of a finger. Whisk a whole egg. Roll the balls in the egg and then in the stale bread crumbs. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Fry until golden brown.

Fish Balls with Potatoes:


 

Fish, which is the source of omega-3 fatty acids necessary for visual and cognitive functions, should be consumed twice a week.
This recipe made with potato can encourage the consumption of children and children who have difficulty consuming fish.
1 portion fish balls with potato 25g protein content also contributes protein intake.
