Salmon or Haddock Fillet | 450 g |
Potato | 240 g (1 large size) |
Bay leaves | 2 g (2 leaves) |
Milk | 100 ml (1/2 cup) |
Parsley | 3 g (1 Tbsp.) |
Stale bread crumbs | 20 g (1/2 cup) |
Eggs | 50 g (1 egg) |
Flour | 30 g (3-4 Tbsp.) |
Coriander | 2 g (1 tsp.) |
Black pepper | |

Peel and chop the potato and boil for 15 minutes. Puree with all the spices and greens. Cook the fish in the milk with the bay leaves for 10 minutes. Add the cooked fish to the potato puree in small pieces. Flour your hands and form balls about the size of a finger. Whisk a whole egg. Roll the balls in the egg and then in the stale bread crumbs. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Fry until golden brown.
