| 400 gr. Frozen peach |
| 3 Frozen banana |
| 4 Date |
| 1 Tea spoon vanilla |
| 1/2 Tea spoon cinnemon |
| 1 Tea spoon grated ginger |
| 1 Cup of milk |
RECIPE
Mix frozen fruits, spices, and milk in a blender. Mix them until they thicken like ice cream. Place the mixture in ice cream cups. Garnish with walnuts. Bon appetit.ENERGY AND NUTRITION FACTS
