Chilled Yoghurt Soup with Corn - Stuffed aubergine - Purslane Salad

INGREDIENTS

Serving for 4
500 gr. Yoghurt
100 gr. Chickpeas
500 gr. Wheat
100 gr. Corn
1/2 Bunch of dill
2 Cucumbers
10 Raw almond
Water

RECIPE

Boil the wheat and chickpeas beforehand. Grate the cucumber, and chop the dill finely. Mix all ingredients. Garnish with raw almonds, and serve. Bon appetit.
