2 Medium sized carrot |
1 Capia pepper |
6 Gloves of garlic |
1 Tea spoon of cumin |
5 Cup of water |
Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper |
Sauté the onions with olive oil until they turn brown. Add diced carrots, chopped capia pepper, garlic, and cumin. Sauté for a couple of minutes, and add chopped chicken, water, salt, and black pepper. When the chicken is almost fully cooked, add gumbos and potatoes. Add water, if needed. Cook the gumbo and potatoes until they get soft. Bon appetit.
