Boil the chopped chicken meat in small cubes and add the sunflower oil to the water until the chicken absorbs it. Saute the meat with green peppers and garlic. Continue sauteing by adding pepper paste, tomato paste, cumin and thyme. Then close the oven after cooking it. Finally, add the tomatoes and scallions which you peeled off chopped in cube style. If you wish you can serve it inside a whole-grain bread.
