Celery Salad with Garlic - Borek with Lentils - Plum Compote

INGREDIENTS

4 servings
Celery 1 medium sized
Yogurt 1.5 water glass
Garlic 3 cloves
Dill 2 sprigs
Olive Oil 1 dessert spoon
Walnut 2 pieces

RECIPE

Mash garlic and mix with yogurt. Wash celery, peel it, and then grate. Mix grated celery quickly with yogurt before celery gets dark in color. Mince dill and add to the salad. Drizzle olive oil on the salad. Sprinkle powdered walnut on the salad.

Celery Salad with Garlic (Main Ingredient: Celery)


 

Vitamin B6 in celery can contribute to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Vitamin K content may play a role in the repair and protection of bone tissue.

Celery is high in fiber which can help to regulate blood sugar.
