Tomato paste | 35 g (1 Tbsp.) |
Olive oil | 10 g (1 Tbsp.) |

Tomato | 150 g (1 medium size) |
Mushrooms | 100 g (3 mushrooms) |
Mozzarella or Kashar Cheese | 200 g |
Olives | 25 g (5 medium size) |
Banana pepper | 40 g (1 medium size) |
Separate the cauliflower into florets. Wash and blend in a food processor. Cook in boiling water. Drain. Add the egg, grated kashar cheese, and spices to the boiled cauliflower and mix. Prepare the sauce: dilute the tomato paste with warm water and stir in olive oil and thyme. Form the cauliflower mixture into a round shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the sauce into the middle of the pizza base and spread, leaving about a finger-length space on the sides. Slice the tomatoes into rings and place on top. Add the thinly sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with the grated kashar cheese or mozzarella. Bake for 25–30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C.
