Ezogelin Soup - Meat Saute with Mushrooms - Carrot Brownie

INGREDIENTS

4 Servings
Carrot 300 g (3 medium size)
Eggs 100 g (2 eggs)
Walnuts 40 g (1/2 cup)
Raisins 60 g (1/2 cup)
Molasses 40 g (2 Tbsp.)
Cacao Powder 20 g (2 Tbsp.)
Baking soda 4 g (1 tsp.)

RECIPE

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Grate the carrots and squeeze the water out. Spread onto the tray and let dry for one hour in an oven preheated to 140°C. Mix the dried carrots, raisins, and walnuts in the blender. Beat the eggs in a mixer at high speed. Mix all the ingredients and pour onto parchment paper in a narrow baking dish. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Carrot brownie is a dessert which is rich in flavonoids with its cacao content and rich in vitamin A with its carrot content!
Carrot brownie is a tasty alternative to the desserts, which uses molasses instead of sugar.
1 portion carrot brownie can provide daily requirement of vitamin A.
