Brussels sprouts with Parmesan | 300 g |
Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Lemon juice | 1 piece |
Grated parmesan cheese | 2 tablespoons |
Wash the sprouts thoroughly and steam for 10 minutes. Then cut the sprouts in half, add olive oil and mix. Crush the garlic in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Add them to the sprouts and mix. Then place the baking paper in the tray and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
