Baked meatballs with vegetables - Brown rice salad with cherries - Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS

Serving for 4
1,5 Cup of boiled brown rice
2 Medium sized carrot
4 Small cucumber
1 Table spoon of boiled corn
20gr. Parsley
2 Scallion
100 gr. Rockets
Dressing
2 Table spoon olive oil
1 Lemon juice
1 Table spoon pomegranate molasses
100 gr. Goat cheese
10 g. Fresh mint
1 Teaspoon sesame

RECIPE

Chop all the ingredients in small pieces except the cheese, and add them into a salad plate. Crumble the cheese over the salad. Mix the sauce in another cup and pour it over the salad. Bon appetit.
