Snack alternative; Black mulberry smoothie - walnuts

INGREDIENTS

Serving for 1
2 Table spoon of vanilla ice cream
200 gr. Black mulberry
1 cup of skimmed milk
4 dry prune
2 walnuts

RECIPE

First, mix milk and ice cream in the blender. Then, add all other ingredients. Garnish with crushed walnuts. Bon appetit.
