Grilled meat balls - Bulgur with green lentil - Basket of tomato with greens

INGREDIENTS

Serving for 4
300 g of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium-sized cucumbers
5 branches of dill
5 branches of parsley
5 leaves of purple basil
5 leaves of basil
5 branches of fresh mint
½ a bunch of rockets
1 tablespoon of sliced olives

RECIPE

Carve the tomatoes from the stem inside. Finely chop the greens. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stuff the mixture inside the tomatoes. Bon appetit.

About Spring Greens:


 

Try to use generous amount of fresh herbs such as parsley, dill, knotweed, fresh mints, which herald the coming of spring, in your salads and with your meals.
100 g of parsley contains high amounts of folic acid, calcium, potassium and vitamin C. 100 g of fresh mint is a good source of zinc, which is good for healthy hair, skin, and nails.
Fresh herbs can be used to reduce sodium intake. They are both delicious and yet high in potassium and low in sodium.
