Banana Chocolate Crepe Rolls - Milk with Ginger

INGREDIENTS

10 servings
For the crepe;
Milk 1 water glass
Egg 1 medium sized
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Cacao 3 dessert spoon
Vanilla 1 pack (5 g)
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Wheat flour 1 water glass
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Stuffing;
Banana 5 medium sized
Dressing;
Pistachio (powdered) 1 dessert spoon

RECIPE

Whip well 1 egg and 1 water glass of milk. Then add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder to this blend. Finally add wheat flour gradually and mix well until blend until smooth. Add some olive oil to the pan and heat. When the pan is heated up, pour a scoop of the crepe dough. When the crepe is cooked, leave the crepe on a plate and let it cool. Then put the bananas on one end of the crepe. Roll the crepe firmly. Slice and serve with pistachio.
