Baked meat rolls with green peas - Spaghetti with tomato sauce - Tzatziki

INGREDIENTS

Serving for 4
500 g fatty ground meat
1 cup of fresh green peas
1 onion
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 small carrots, finely chopped
7 branches of parsley
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt, black pepper, a small amount of cumin

RECIPE

Boil the finely chopped carrots and the green peas for a short time. Add the chopped onions, parsley, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper and cumin, and knead well. Keep the mixture in a refrigerator for one hour. Roll the mixture on baking paper and bake in an oven for 30 minutes at 200 °C. Bon appetit.
