Artichoke With Fresh Garlic - Orzo with chicken - Yoghurt

INGREDIENTS

Serving for 4
4 artichokes
½ a bunch of scallions
1 bunch of fresh garlic
1/3 bunch of dill
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Salt, black pepper

RECIPE

Clean out the scallions and garlic, rinse thoroughly and slice into sticks. Fry slightly in olive oil. Place the artichokes upright in a pot and stuff them with scallions and garlic. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with chopped dill topping. Bon appetit.
