Does hot weather reduce appetite?

Hot weather can make you eat less by negatively affecting your nutrition and appetite. Even if you don’t feel hungry, you should provide energy for your body because it needs to sweat and regulate its temperature. Eating less may result weight loss. You just need to make sure that you have sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. Choose nutritious foods such as fruit and vegetables; nuts rich in fatty acids such as hazelnuts, walnuts, and almonds; and milk and other dairy products. Most importantly, make sure to drink at least two liters of water per day.
